Zorba, an English Mastiff, broke records in 2000 as the heaviest dog that was ever recorded. Zorba measured over 8 feet from the nose to the tail, weighing at an extremely heavy 343 pounds during that particular time of his life. At his 6th year, Zorba was also recorded as the world’s heaviest dog when he weighed just more than 314 pounds.
